The passion is a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or about doing something. By cooking for customers, we must bring love and passion into our jobs. We are working when our customers are just having a good time with friends or family, enjoying good food in a pleasant atmosphere.

Being passionate is one of the most important key in the hospitality industry.

Well, we still have to feed ourselves but rice and pasta are tasty as well! Let me say, don’t hold your breath for a fancy dinner, it’s not going to happen anytime soon.

Keeping your chopping board from slipping can be helpful. It prevents from accidents and makes any chopping session much easier.

I like to use rubber jar sealers to place under my chopping board. It’s easy to find, easy to clean, easy to store, easy to use, hygienic and it is the perfect thickness. I usually place 3 or 4, depends of the size of my cutting board.

If you don’t have rubber jar sealers, simply place a wet towel underneath your chopping board. Fold it nicely and make sure it is not too thick.
